The 2018 Birmingham neighborhood elections were held on October 30, 2018 to decide leadership for Birmingham's 99 neighborhoods.

With the exception of Central Park and Inglenook, where questions about candidate qualifications had yet to be resolved, the results of the neighborhood elections were certified by the Birmingham City Council on January 8, 2019. Newly-elected officers were sworn in on January 11.
